Introduction
Schistosoma Test is a lateral flow, immunochro chromatography screening test.The colloidal gold was conjugated with recombinant streptococcal protein G (RSPG).Once the serum samples containing the Anti-Schistosoma IgG is tested, the specific antibody is then captured by antigens(SEA) immobilized in the Test Zone of the membrane, producing a visible violet color band on the membrane. This test strip is very sensitive and only takes about 20 minutes. Test results can be read visually without any instruments.
This test is for in-vitro diagnostic use only.

Storage Condition: The test kit can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated (2-30℃) for the duration of the shelf life.
Test Procedure
1.Tear the aluminum foil bag along the incision, take out the test card and place it horizontally.
2.Add 2 drops (approximately 60ul) of serum or plasma into sample well with a pipette.
3.If whole blood, add 1 drop (approximately 30ul) into sample well with a pipette.Then add 1 drop (approximately 40ul) of wash buffer provided in the dropper bottle holding the bottle vertically from the sample well.
Negative results must be confirmed after 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
